T & K Construction provides engineering design and commercial/residential construction in California. Engineering expertise includes design and approval from City for new construction or tenant improvements. We are partnering with other professional engineers to provide complete engineering packages for construction projects. We also provide program and project management to construction projects. Construction experiences include installation of specialized equipment and mechanical systems such as HVAC system, chiller, walk-in cooler, piping system (hot/cold water, gas, chiller…) for commercial and residential buildings. Installation is from ground up, including grading, foundation, framing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, drywall, and painting.   Past projects include: new builds, tenant improvements and equipment installation for Replication Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Dental Office, Hair and Nail Salon, and Restaurants. The company also provides engineering, architectural drawings for new houses and room additions/remodeling for residential projects. We also provide business consulting to other companies.  This includes providing on-going business consulting to CEOs/owners in the areas of human resources, accounting, financial, and executive management.  About Us 3D NRG, Inc. dba T & K Construction was originally formed in January 2000 to provide engineering and consulting to small businesses.  Two engineers, husband and wife founded the company.   Each of the principals has over 25 years of engineering and management experiences in both governmental and private sectors, handling various small and mid sizes of projects.
